  • Flexible manufacturing for diverse component sizes and complexities

Our robust injection moulding infrastructure enables Harkesh Rubber to consistently deliver high-quality rubber components while meeting evolving customer requirements with speed, reliability, and precision

Maplan Injection Molding Machine

Maplan Injection Molding Machine

Adding further depth to our moulding capabilities alongside our DESMA machines, Maplan Injection Molding machine strengthens our ability to handle demanding, tight-tolerance applications across critical industries.

  • Precision-engineered for tight-tolerance, high-specification components
  • Supports complex mould geometries with consistent part quality
  • Reliable process control for demanding material formulations
  • Enables faster cycle times without compromising accuracy
  • Well-suited for critical applications in semiconductor, pharma, and aerospace sectors
  • Adds redundancy and flexibility to our overall moulding capacity

With the Maplan molding offers customers a broader manufacturing bas, combining volume capability with the precision needed for the most exacting component specifications.

TungYu Vacuum Compression Machines

TungYu Vacuum Compression Machines

With 10+ vacuum compression moulding stations ranging from 100 to 350 tonnes, our facility combines the reliability of Tung Yu Vacuum Compression Technology with robust manufacturing capabilities to produce high-quality rubber components for demanding applications.

  • Vacuum-assisted moulding for defect-free components
  • Suitable for large, thick, and intricate rubber parts
  • Reduced risk of voids and air entrapment
  • Flexible production for low to medium-volume requirements
  • Capable of processing a wide range of high-performance elastomers

Mold parts under vacuum conditions, eliminating air entrapment and reducing porosity or voids. This ensures superior part integrity, critical for high-performance sealing applications.

Inspection

DOSS Automated Visual Inspection System

Every component that leaves our facility is verified through our DOSS Automated Inspection System, combining automated dimensional and visual inspection to ensure defect-free rubber components before dispatch. By eliminating manual inspection variability, we deliver consistent quality that meets the tightest tolerances demanded by critical applications.

  • Defect-free parts, delivered consistently
  • Zero-sampling inspection, every single part checked, not just a batch
  • Reduced incoming QC time and cost on your end
  • Faster, more reliable lead times through inline inspection (no post-production rework delays)
  • Tight dimensional consistency across large production runs
  • Full traceability and documentation to support your OEM and export compliance needs

Tagarno Digital Microscope

Critical features and surface finishes are verified under high-magnification digital microscopy, giving you confidence in quality even at the finest tolerances. This level of detailed inspection catches what standard checks can miss protecting you from surface-level defects before parts ever reach your line.

  • Fine-tolerance verification for critical, high-precision features
  • Early detection of surface-level defects pitting, scratches, tool marks before dispatch
  • Added confidence for applications where surface finish is functionally critical (sealing surfaces, bonded interfaces)
  • Reduces risk of field failures tied to undetected surface imperfections

Vision Measuring System (VMS)

Non-contact, optical dimensional measurement for intricate part geometries. This ensures micron-level accuracy without physically stressing the component.

  • Captures dimensions using camera and light, eliminating deformation risk on soft elastomers and thin-walled parts and tolerances down to microns, critical for sealing surfaces and interference fits
  • Verifies complex geometries like O-ring cross-sections, diaphragm contours, and multi-lip seal profiles
  • Image processing algorithms to identify part boundaries precisely, removing operator-dependent variability
  • Inspects fine features such as flash lines, parting lines, and small-bore ID/OD on miniature components
  • Stores part-specific inspection programs for repeatable, high-speed measurement across production batches
  • Overlays measured geometry against CAD models to flag dimensional drift before parts reach the customer
  • Generates traceable measurement records for dimensional reports, supporting audits in regulated industries like aerospace and pharma

Finishing

Cryogenic Deflashing Machine

Excess flash is cleanly removed using ultra-low temperature deflashing, delivering precise, consistent finishes without compromising part integrity — even on complex geometries. This ensures your parts arrive dispatch-ready, without the inconsistency or damage risk that comes with manual trimming.

  • Clean, consistent flash removal without part deformation
  • Delivers flashless parts, ready for use without secondary finishing
  • Safe for complex geometries internal cavities, undercuts, intricate profiles standard trimming can't reach
  • Preserves dimensional accuracy and surface integrity of the finished part
  • Eliminates variability and risk associated with manual deflashing
  • Faster turnaround on high-volume orders, with no compromise on finish quality

Proprietary Finishing Techniques

Beyond standard deflashing and inspection, we've developed proprietary finishing processes refined over years of working with high-performance elastomers. These techniques deliver superior surface quality and consistency on critical sealing surfaces

Continuous Improvement

Staying ahead means staying in motion!

We treat our infrastructure as an evolving capability, not a fixed setup. As materials, tolerances, and customer requirements evolve, so do our machines, processes, and quality checks.
