Overview
In oil and gas, a seal failure is measured in downtime, lost production, and safety exposure. Our moulded seals are engineered for the conditions these systems impose: high pressure and temperature, rapid gas decompression, sour service, drilling fluids, and aggressive production chemistry.
We have extensive experience developing compounds for demanding upstream and process applications including FKM & FFKM RGD-approved grades, HNBR for high-pressure hydrocarbon service, and FFKM and AFLAS for the most chemically aggressive environments.
Seals moulded in FKM, AFLAS, and HNBR from approved-source compounds qualified to ISO 23936-2 for RGD resistance.
