Hugged rubber seal for heavy duty equipments
Large-diameter seals are usually supplied spliced — cord cut and vulcanised into a ring. Under shock loading and pressure cycling, that joint is almost always where failure begins. We mould ours in one piece, up to 1500 mm, with uniform section and consistent properties all the way round. It takes the tooling and press capacity to do it — which is why most moulders splice instead.

Seals in earth moving equipment work where nothing else has to — buried in abrasive dust and grit, taking water ingress, shock loading, and hydraulic pressure spikes, cycle after cycle.
Scale is part of the problem. Swing bearings, slew rings, cylinder heads, and undercarriage components demand seals that many moulders simply cannot produce. We manufacture one-piece moulded seals up to 1500 mm in diameter — without splicing or jointing — so large-format components carry the same sealing integrity as the smallest O-ring in the machine.

IATF 16949 certified manufacturing, applied to seals engineered for abrasion, shock loading, and 1500 mm diameters.
