In automation, the seal is a moving part.
It isn't sitting in a groove holding pressure — it's stroking, cycling, and wiping, several times a second, for years. Every cycle takes something from it, and in high-speed pneumatics the seal is often what limits the life of the equipment rather than the cylinder around it.
We build for that. Compounds selected for wear resistance and low compression set, tolerances held to ±0.05 mm, and batch-to-batch consistency that keeps a production line predictable.
Precision moulded to ±0.02 mm with batch-to-batch consistency because in automation, the best seal is the one nobody has to think about.
