Our in-house compounding lab lets us go beyond off-the-shelf material grades and build a formulation around the actual operating environment a component will face — chemical exposure, temperature range, and the mechanical loads and deflections it needs to withstand. Development is iterative: trial batches are mixed, molded into test specimens, and evaluated against physical-property benchmarks such as tensile strength, elongation, hardness, and compression set using ASTM test methods, with the formulation refined until it consistently meets the target performance envelope.
